• The Sales Assistant is primarily responsible for driving sales and delivering a positive customer experience. This includes maintaining a clean and organized store environment, meeting visual presentation standards, and performing operational duties as assigned by store management. What You Will Do:

Store Environment Management

• Maintain store standards and cleanliness to create a clean and organized environment.
• Ensure visual presentation standards are met to make a positive first impression.
• Adhere to dress code and maintain an energetic attitude to greet customers upon entering.

Customer Service

• Provide customers with current and relevant product information.
• Deliver quality service in fitting rooms and follow up with customers promptly.
• Thank all customers sincerely as they exit the store and invite them back.

Sales and Operations

• Generate sales by providing efficient service at the cash wrap.
• Offer gift cards and maintain cash wrap cleanliness.
• Capture customer information in the database and attempt to add on to the sale.
