Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a sales support or customer service role
- Basic product knowledge of building materials (preferred)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Computer skills (MS Office, invoicing, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Assist sales team with order processing and documentation
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery notes
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics
- Support customers at the counter or by phone
