Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a sales support or customer service role
  • Basic product knowledge of building materials (preferred)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Computer skills (MS Office, invoicing, etc.)

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist sales team with order processing and documentation
    • Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery notes
    • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics
    • Support customers at the counter or by phone
