Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Sales Assistant (M/F), your responsibilities will include: 

Managing incoming requests:

  • R to receive customer requests (calls, emails, etc.)
  • Responding to all partner (client) requests

Commercial negotiation:
Ensuring the interface between publishers and partners
, preparing quotes
, transmitting necessary documentation (technical, administrative, etc.)

Business Development:
Ensure follow-up, reminders, and management of customer quotes;
Ensure follow-up and supervision of processed projects (deliveries, payments) until completion;
Ensure the CRM tool (NetSuite) is up to date
; Adapt to the use of suppliers' CRM systems as needed;
Contribute to the resolution of any disputes that may arise with customers.

  • Minimum 1.5 years' experience in a similar position
