Roles & Responsibilities

The Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting the promotion and sales of DKI short courses. This involves engaging with prospective clients, promptly responding to their inquiries, and guiding clients throughout the process from their initial enquiry to final enrollment. The position places emphasis on following up with leads, maintaining effective communication with customers, and coordinating sales activities to drive enrollments and increase revenue for DKI s portfolio of professional and executive short courses.

This is a front-line role, requiring an awareness of targets and a balance between delivering excellent customer service and achieving commercial outcomes.
