Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist customers by providing detailed product information and addressing their queries to enhance their shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring a seamless checkout process.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, restocking shelves and arranging displays to highlight promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and drive sales initiatives through effective communication and teamwork.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or certifications are a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or sales environments, demonstrating a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Familiarity with sales software and POS systems, showcasing technical acumen in handling transactions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is preferred to cater to diverse customer bases.
