Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Excellence: Greet, assist, and engage customers to deliver a positive shopping experience and build customer loyalty.

  • Sales & Target Achievement: Actively promote products, upsell where appropriate, and contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.

  • POS & Cash Handling: Accurately process sales, returns, and exchanges through the POS system while complying with cash & CCM handling procedures.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Visual Merchandising Support: Ensure products are displayed according to brand and merchandising along rotation guidelines to maintain store presentation standards.

  • Stock Handling & Replenishment: Receive, replenish, and organize stock to ensure product availability and accurate inventory levels.

  • Operational Compliance: Follow retail policies, HR procedures, and health & safety standards at all times.

  • Event & Team Support: Support promotional activities and events, and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the UAE, in a shop or brand (mall or standalone store).

  • Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented with basic selling techniques.

  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, and ability to adapt to different store locations or event settings.

  • Technical skills: proficient in using POS systems, handling payments (cash and CCM machines), sending emails via Outlook, and preparing basic Excel sheets.

  • Willing to participate in events when needed and rotate across multiple store locations or destinations.
