Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and industry trends.

Ensure proper display, merchandising, and stock availability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Support the sales team in daily operations and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • 3 5 years of sales experience (retail or B2C preferred).
  • Background in the sports/fitness industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-focused approach.
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
