Job Summary

Sabhiv Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive – Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and generate business opportunities for the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating contact through various channels, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and generate qualified leads through online research, networking, databases, social media platforms, and industry events.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target industries.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.

Client Engagement

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.

  • Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and discussions for the sales team.

  • Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM systems.

Sales Support

  • Coordinate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents when required.

  • Track and report lead generation activities, conversion rates, and sales metrics.

Database Management

  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM platforms.

  • Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation of all leads and opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales, Telemarketing, or Business Development.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude may also apply.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems is preferred.

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools, and online lead generation techniques.

  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
