Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development

  • Conduct regular client visits and door-to-door business development activities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for manpower, recruitment, and staffing services

  • Promote and explain company manpower solutions to prospective clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

  • Client Management & Coordination

  • Understand client manpower and recruitment requirements

  • Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to meet client needs

  • Follow up on proposals, quotations, and service agreements

  • Ensure client satisfaction and support long-term account growth

  • Market & Sales Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, and follow-ups

  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and client expectations

  • Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and business development goals

 

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements & Qualifications

 

  • Mandatory experience in manpower supply, recruitment, or staffing services

  • Mid-level sales or business development experience in the UAE

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable with field sales, client visits, and door-knocking

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling manpower or recruitment services

  • Good understanding of the UAE manpower market

  • Existing client network or contacts (advantage)
