Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage customers at the kiosk, providing excellent service and a positive shopping experience.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable DrSleeep products (pillows, comforters, bed sheets, towels, etc.). Demonstrate product features, benefits, and unique selling points (cooling, bamboo viscose, comfort, eco-friendly).

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets through effective communication and upselling. Handle cash and POS transactions accurately (Shopify POS system).

  • Maintain the kiosk display, ensuring products are neatly arranged and stock levels are replenished. Keep track of inventory, report stock shortages, and coordinate with the storekeeper/accountant.

  • Participate in promotional activities, customer events, and brand engagement campaigns.

  • Build customer relationships by offering after-sales support and sharing ongoing offers.

  • Follow company policies and ensure a clean, welcoming environment at the kiosk.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of retail sales experience (preferably in malls, kiosks, or lifestyle/home products).

  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

  • Friendly, confident, and customer-service oriented personality.

  • Basic knowledge of POS systems; Shopify POS experience is an advantage.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and mall peak hours.

  • Physically fit to stand for extended periods and manage product handling.

  • Target-driven with a positive attitude toward achieving sales goals.

  • Currently residing in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai near Etihad Mall.
