Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To be polite and helpful when dealing with customer queries or complaints - referring them to DM/ SM/SO when necessary.

  • Support in maintenance of stock through continuous management of stock levels and availability on floor through inward, outward and stock replenishment functions. Where stock room stock levels are low, must inform DM/SM/SO.

  • Receiving and verifying merchandise shipment quality and quantity along with unpacking and categorizing assistance.

  • Sorting, tagging and placing products onto racks, shelves and mannequins as per company standards.

  • Operates tills, accepting cash, credit cards and vouchers. Ensure that billing counters always has enough carry bags, stationery, audit rolls and wrapping paper at the till point.

  • Assisting in price and discount checks, exchange/return product availability. Trial room management as per customer traffic.

  • Must have at least passed SSC or possess equivalent qualifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service; experience in a specific industry can be advantageous.
  • Nationality preference may vary based on market demographics and company culture.
  • Bilingual candidates, especially in English and Spanish, are highly valued for diverse customer interactions.
