Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining an attractive and well-organized shop environment. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for sportswear and local fashion brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling advice.
- Promote KODE merchandise and local brands, highlighting features and benefits.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain shop cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock presentation.
- Receive, tag, and organize new stock; assist with inventory counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally.
- Follow KODE policies, pricing, promotions, and brand guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
Strong communication and sales skills
Interest in sportswear, fashion, or fitness
Ability to work shifts and weekends
