Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Sales Associate is responsible for Strengthening brand exposure in point of sale, consistently demonstrating benchmarked brand filter standards, Improving brand knowledge and sales techniques, Establishing and maintaining customer relationships and achieving his/her individual targets and contributing to the achievement of the store targets. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate a positive attitude that sees problems as challenges to be faced and overcome
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention, security and safety are adhered to
- Be responsible to update product knowledge on an on going basis in coordination with the Department/ Boutique or Floor Manager.
- Monitor and report sales results.
- Control of client stock assortment.
- Focus on sales and profitability, maintain customer focus standards, set work pace and deliver on departmental/store goals.
- Be a participative, helpful Associate and a willing team player.
- Mentor new Sales Associate if required by leading with an example.
- Be courteous, considerate and gracious in all the dealings with customers, suppliers and associates.
- Record and maintain all customer information and preferences.
- Follow grooming standards as mentioned in the Associate Handbook. Merchandising - L1

Desired Candidate Profile
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma Certificate
- Minimum of 1 years retail experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
