Roles & Responsibilities
Life Pharmacy is looking for dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associates to join our expanding retail team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall performance of the store.
- Greet customers and assist them in identifying products that best suit their needs
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical and wellness products
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets
- Maintain store hygiene, merchandise displays, and stock levels
- Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
- Support pharmacists and store in-charge in daily operations
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries or concerns professionally
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous retail sales experience (pharmacy or healthcare retail preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and customer-service oriented
