Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and proactively assess their needs to provide personalized recommendations, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
  • Master product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing, to confidently address customer inquiries and enhance sales performance.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently, handle cash and card payments accurately, and maintain a balanced cash register for optimal financial management.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and implementing visual merchandising strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 1-2 years of retail sales experience, showcasing practical application of sales techniques. Previous *retail sales experience* (luxury/F&B experience is a plus)

  • Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers.

  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and empathy, to build rapport and understand customer needs.

  • Preferably with basic accounting knowledge (handling cash, POS, daily sales reports, invoicing)

  • Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude

  • Willing to work at Palm Jumeirah – PALM Strip Mall

  • Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends
