A prestigious jewelry brand in Lebanon is hiring experienced Sales Associates to join its retail team.

Job Purpose

Deliver a personalized customer experience, drive sales, and maintain the brand's high standards in service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome every customer professionally and offer immediate assistance

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

Explain features clearly: setting, stone, carat, cut, and metal type

Offer accurate pricing details and highlight current promotions

Support customers through the decision-making and purchase process

Pack, wrap, and bag items professionally and handle payments

Calculate gold jewelry prices based on weight and purity

Educate buyers on warranties, guarantees, and return policies

Update window and in-store displays regularly

Secure all items and display areas at the end of each shift

Follow up with clients via thank-you notes and inform them about new arrivals

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

2 5 years of retail sales experience; jewelry background is a plus

Strong communication and customer engagement skills

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Age: 25 35 years
