Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Maintain product knowledge (fits, fabrics, pricing, promotions)
Ensure proper merchandising and visual display standards
Handle transactions accurately (cash, POS, exchanges, returns)
Support stock management (receiving, replenishment, organization)
Maintain cleanliness and overall store presentation
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with a sales-driven attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Previous retail or fashion experience is a plus
