Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage with customers by actively listening to their needs, ensuring personalized service that enhances their shopping experience.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits, allowing you to confidently recommend solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout experience while handling cash and electronic payments.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling techniques tailored to individual customer preferences.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is preferred for a competitive edge.
Prior experience in retail or customer service, ideally 1 years, demonstrating a track record of successful sales performance.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic financial transactions to streamline the checkout process.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster connections with diverse customers and colleagues, enhancing team dynamics.
