Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you will be an ambassador of the Maison, responsible for delivering a unique client experience before, during, and after each sale. You will proactively develop your client portfolio while also contributing to the daily operations of the boutique.
Among various responsibilities, your main missions are to:
- Achieve Sales Excellence: Master the sales process to provide exceptional client experiences, exceed targets, and confidently handle negotiations.
- Develop Client Relationships: Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive engagement, CRM activities, and participation in Maison events.
- Contribute to Boutique Operations: Support daily operations by adhering to policies, assisting with inventory, and implementing visual merchandising guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 2 years in luxury retail sales or similar, with a proven track record in achieving targets and building client relationships.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of luxury goods (jewelry/timepieces preferred).
Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM and POS systems.
Language: Fluency in English and Arabic
