Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sales and lead sourcing: Acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads as well as developing and taking care of professional relationships
- Salesmanship: Must have vast experience in sales in KSA, familiarity with the local market, and know how to prospect and qualify leads, build relationships and follow up on new business opportunities.
- Business development: Develop new business opportunities by establishing a strong working relationship with local partners.
- Sales operations: Ensure that the standard operating procedures and policies are implemented in a timely and accurate manner.
- Brand Ambassador: Become the face of Lalamove when engaging local partners to promote our services and values.
- Minimum 2 years relevant sales working experience in KSA (startup or logistics industry is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree Business, Finance or related discipline from a reputable institution.
- Excellent problem solving, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and take accountability.
- Must have excellent presentation and communications skills and be fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM programs is a plus.
- Charming personality to build and maintain personal relationships.
- Autonomous and adaptable to cope with an ever-changing working environment.
- Can-do attitude and grit to make things happen, to identify and leverage new opportunities.
- Must have a valid driving license and car.
