Sales Executive / Associate – Valeo Health KSA

We’re hiring a Sales Executive / Associate to join our fast-growing early-stage team in Riyadh.

What You'll Do

  • Drive inside sales efforts across healthcare products and services
  • Make up to 100 calls per day to build relationships and generate leads
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective customers
  • Collaborate closely with the commercial and category teams to deliver results
  • Tackle daily challenges with energy and accountability

What We’re Looking For

We’re specifically looking for someone who:

  • Is a doer — action-oriented, hands-on, and self-motivated
  • Understands what it means to work in a fast-paced, early-stage startup
  • Is fluent in Arabic
  • Has 2+ years of experience
  • Has experience in healthcare (preferred)
  • Has a pharmacy education background (preferred)
  • Is okay with sales and business development responsibilities
  • Can make high-volume outreach (up to 100 calls/day)
  • Is already based in Riyadh
  • Is open to a 6-day/week onsite role - this is not remote
  • Operates with integrity, respect, and courage
  • Can thrive in ambiguity and figure things out without constant hand-holding
