Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
we are looking for motivated and ambitious sales manager to join our growing team this is a unique opportunity for a professional who is ready to grow from hands-on direct sales into full team leadership and portfolio management.
phase 1:
- learn our products, systems, and sales processes in depth
- handle personal sales targets
- work closely with senior management
- build real field experience and strong client relationships.
- phase 1 duration between 4 and 6 months maximum
phase 2:
- recruit a high performance sales team
- train motivate, and supervise team members
- manage the sales portfolio and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- monitor performance, KPIs, and market growth
Key responsibilities:
- achieve personal and team sales targets
- develop and implement sales strategies
- recruit, train , and lead sales team
- manage costumer portfolio and reporting
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- minimum 5 years in Sales
- strong leadership and communication skills
- hands-on, field-oriented mindset
- ability to build and manage teams
- target driven with strong negotiation skills
- good reporting and organizational skills
