Roles & Responsibilities

we are looking for motivated and ambitious sales manager to join our growing team this is a unique opportunity for a professional who is ready to grow from hands-on direct sales into full team leadership and portfolio management.

phase 1:

  • learn our products, systems, and sales processes in depth
  • handle personal sales targets
  • work closely with senior management
  • build real field experience and strong client relationships.
  • phase 1 duration between 4 and 6 months maximum

phase 2:

  • recruit a high performance sales team
  • train motivate, and supervise team members
  • manage the sales portfolio and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • monitor performance, KPIs, and market growth

Key responsibilities:

  • achieve personal and team sales targets
  • develop and implement sales strategies
  • recruit, train , and lead sales team
  • manage costumer portfolio and reporting

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • minimum 5 years in Sales
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • hands-on, field-oriented mindset
  • ability to build and manage teams
  • target driven with strong negotiation skills
  • good reporting and organizational skills
