Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression for the company.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments efficiently.
- Assist with sales inquiries, providing product information, and guiding potential customers through the sales process with enthusiasm.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit card payments, and maintaining detailed records of each sale.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation of basic knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Shows proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), showcasing essential computer skills.
- Requires prior experience in customer service or sales, highlighting a proven ability to handle customer interactions.
