Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in person and over the phone, attend to inquiries, and provide product recommendations.

  • Demonstrate strong sales and upselling skills to promote products, special offers, and drive sales performance.

  • Manage inventory by receiving deliveries, restocking shelves, organizing stockrooms, and conducting inventory checks.

  • Handle cashiering duties including processing transactions, managing cash and credit card payments, and handling product returns and exchanges.

  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensure the sales floor is presentable, and implement visual merchandising according to brand standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Product knowledge is an advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Familiar with Outlook and email correspondence.

  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of product tender preparation and submission is preferred.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
