Sales Associate – Valeo Health (Riyadh, KSA)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Type: Full-time, Onsite (6 days/week; one day WFH)

What You’ll Do

• Drive inside sales efforts across Valeo Health’s product and service portfolio.
• Conduct high-volume outreach—up to 100 calls per day—to build customer relationships and generate qualified leads.
• Manage, nurture, and grow a pipeline of prospective customers.
• Collaborate closely with the commercial and category teams to achieve sales targets and deliver meaningful business results.
• Bring energy, accountability, and problem-solving skills to tackle daily challenges and optimize sales performance.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:

• A doer—action-oriented, hands-on, and self-motivated.
• Experienced working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
• Fluent in Arabic (required).
• Equipped with 2+ years of professional experience.
• Experienced in healthcare (preferred).
• Educated in pharmacy (preferred).
• Comfortable with sales and business development responsibilities.
• Able to perform high-volume outreach, including up to 100 calls per day.
• Already based in Riyadh.
• Open to a 6-day/week onsite role (this is not remote).
• Someone who operates with integrity, respect, and courage, and thrives in ambiguity without needing constant hand-holding.
