Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Barista with 2–3 years of experience in both sales and coffee preparation. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, capable of preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, and confident in engaging with customers to drive sales and enhance their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages according to company standards.

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.

• Promote and sell products by understanding customer needs and making appropriate recommendations.

• Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, display areas, and work environment.

• Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements when necessary.

• Support daily store operations and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Barista and/or Sales Associate.

• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage presentation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to engage with customers confidently and build positive relationships.

• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products.

• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
