Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Sales/Business Development Agent for the US Market will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the United States, focusing on building strong relationships and closing sales to drive growth for SSC HR Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Engage with new prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and offerings to market demands.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and achieve targets.
- Track sales activities and report on performance metrics.
- Participate in industry conferences and networking events to promote SSC HR Solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably targeting the US market.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Scope: Manage full-cycle outbound sales for US-based clients, presentation skills, outreach, pitching, negotiation.
- Industry background: Any US-facing service is fine; preferably with outsourcing/BPO/EOR/staff augmentation experience.
- Experience: 2 5+ years selling into the US market, proven record of hitting targets, strong cold outreach, and presentation skills.
