Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Preparing and developing sales and technical presentations to explain our company's Services and activities to customers.
- Discussing requirements needs with customers.
- Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales.
- Achieving dedicated sales goals.
- Organizing communication tools with customers (as sales visits).
- Full commitment to the confidentiality and ethics of work.
- Acquiring new clients.
- Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Explain benefits of Services to potential clients.
- Demonstrate how products exceed those of competitors.
- Record sales and send invoices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or technical sales within the energy, electromechanical, or facility management sectors.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy systems, electromechanical solutions, and facility management services.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships at various organizational levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and sales documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
