Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector.

· Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.

· Provide technical support and solutions tailored to client needs.

· Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective customers.

· Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product capabilities and support sales processes.

· Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits, ensuring profitability and high levels of client satisfaction.

· Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

· Prepared and delivered detailed proposals to prospective clients.

· Collaborated with engineering teams to customize solutions according to client requirements and project specifications.

· Manage key accounts, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring repeat business.

· Ensuring implementation of projects along with emphasizing timely completion and within budget with focus on enhancing Profitability.

· Resolving customer complaints/feedback; providing technical & engineering support to company personnel as well as to subcontractors to ensure compliance with engineering standards, project design & specification.

· Interact with suppliers for items & quotation discussions and negotiation, working closely with the Purchasing Team to assess alternative sources and finalize requirements.

· Work as a point of contact for clients, supporting all requests and queries promptly identifying risks of projects and developing strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Engineering Graduates (Mechanical/ Petroleum Engineering Preferred)

  • Expertise in Oil & Gas sector – handling skids, pressure vessels, camps, tanks, porta cabins, etc.

  • Strong technical knowledge, sales & business development skills

  • Experience in Estimation, proposals, and contract negotiation.

  • A proactive and adaptable personality, capable of thriving in fast-paced environments while managing multiple client engagements.

  • Proven analytical skills to interpret data and customer feedback, driving strategic decision-making processes.

  • Demonstrated soft skills, including strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities to foster client trust.
