Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement the sales capability strategy across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and E commerce, aligned with business priorities
- Act as the central point of contact for commercial transformation projects
- Lead the development and execution of training and learning programs
- Introduce digital learning tools and coaching programs to support continuous improvement
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in Sales Capability, Commercial Training, or Sales Management within FMCG
- Prior experience in the Middle East region with an understanding of the cultural dynamics of the Saudi market
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to influence without authority and manage cross functional stakeholders
- Action oriented, results driven, and comfortable engaging senior leadership
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate learning outcomes and data into actionable insights
