Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Engage with qualified leads and prospects to understand their business needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions.

  • Conduct consultative sales calls and product demonstrations to showcase the value and ROI of Digital Avenue Ltd s services.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and close sales agreements to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics using CRM tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy workshops.
  • Represent Digital Avenue Ltd at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand the company s reach.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-6 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the digital marketing or advertising industry.

  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and confident approach.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals with decision-makers at various organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in an office environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in all client interactions.
