Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Engage with qualified leads and prospects to understand their business needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Conduct consultative sales calls and product demonstrations to showcase the value and ROI of Digital Avenue Ltd s services.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and close sales agreements to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics using CRM tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy workshops.
- Represent Digital Avenue Ltd at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand the company s reach.
Desired Candidate Profile
5-6 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and confident approach.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals with decision-makers at various organizational levels.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in an office environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in all client interactions.
