Job Description

The role of a Sales Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of a company s sales department. This is a highly collaborative position, where you will be required to work closely with sales managers, representatives, and other departments to facilitate effective sales operations. The primary goal of a Sales Coordinator is to manage the flow of sales and improve processes to support sales teams in achieving targets. This position requires excellent organizational skills, as you will be handling multiple tasks such as managing sales documentation, customer inquiries, and administrative support. Additionally, a Sales Coordinator must possess strong communication abilities to efficiently correspond with clients and internal teams. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be an integral part of driving the company s revenue goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities
  • Coordinate sales team activities and handle scheduling for sales meetings.
  • Prepare and process sales contracts and reports for management review.
  • Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Provide support to sales representatives by preparing their sales presentations.
  • Communicate with potential and current clients to support sales initiatives.
  • Maintain updated records of sales figures and compile regular sales performance reports.
  • Ensure seamless communication between the sales team and other departments.
  • Assist in determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
  • Participate in sales strategy meetings to propose improvements and innovations.
  • Manage the customer database for accurate and timely information updating.
  • Support the sales manager with administrative tasks and project planning.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and sales software systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a team environment.
  • An understanding of sales performance metrics is considered an advantage.
