Key Responsibilities:

• Handle confidential and sensitive client documents related to immigration programs.
• Conduct client analysis, advise on immigration options and close contracts.
• Monitor case progress, update clients regularly, and ensure adherence to agreements.
• Manage a high volume of outbound calls and emails while multitasking and prioritizing client needs.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date advice based on current immigration and visa policies.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet sales targets and close contracts effectively.
• Maintain clear communication and adhere to deadlines and financial targets.

Daily Activities:

• Respond to inbound leads via telephone, social media, and email.
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inquiries using pre-set business templates.
• Provide customized global career strategies based on individual needs.
• Offer detailed information on migration programs and services for Canada, Australia, UK, and Europe.
• Guide clients in making informed decisions about immigration opportunities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience with a focus on conversion and target achievement.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in person.
• Previous experience in consulting, sales, or collections is highly preferred.
• The team-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
