Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell residency and citizenship programs to potential clients.
- Conduct consultations to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into successful deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals.
- Represent Pass Wealth Management professionally at events and exhibitions.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Management or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, investment, or wealth management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly presentable and confident personality.
- Proactive, target-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
