Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Experience & Sales
    Deliver a personalized and refined luxury experience to every client.
    Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
    Develop long-term client relationships, nurturing VIP clientele and repeat business.
    Anticipate client needs, offering tailored product recommendations and styling advice.

  • Brand Representation
    Uphold the brand s heritage, image, and values at all times.
    Ensure impeccable grooming, etiquette, and product knowledge.
    Serve as a trusted brand ambassador inside and outside the boutique.

  • Operations & Presentation
    Maintain boutique presentation standards, including merchandising and cleanliness.
    Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product displays.
    Support security and loss-prevention protocols.

  • Clienteling & Events
    Proactively engage in clienteling activities to expand the client base.
    Participate in exclusive in-store events and activations.
    Contribute to client outreach initiatives, ensuring personalized follow-ups.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Individual and boutique sales performance.

  • Customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

  • Contribution to client database growth and VIP development.

  • Adherence to luxury service and presentation standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end service environments.

  • Strong sales drive with a proven track record of achieving targets.

  • Passion for luxury, fashion, and delivering exceptional service.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clienteling skills.

  • Fluency in English (additional languages highly valued).
