Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Consultant to join our team in Dubai. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling and providing them with expert advice, and guiding them through the entire real estate process. Your primary objective will be to help clients achieve their property goals while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism. This position requires in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

  • Assist clients in buying, selling and understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential properties that match clients requirements.
  • Conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of each property to prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Advise clients on property prices, market trends, legal requirements, and financing options.
  • Prepare detailed descriptions, photographs, and other relevant information, to attract potential buyers or tenants.
  • Negotiate and facilitate property transactions, ensuring that all parties interests are protected and that the process is smooth and efficient.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying, selling and assisting process or addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Stay updated on the real estate market trends, changes in regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts, including property developers, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and legal professionals, to enhance business opportunities.
  • Participate in marketing activities to promote properties and attract potential clients.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
