Sales Consultant

JOB PURPOSE
To achieve individual sales targets while delivering a premium customer experience that aligns with Mercedes-Benz brand standards. The Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle solutions, managing the full sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through professional and personalized service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve assigned monthly and annual vehicle sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations that reflect Mercedes-Benz standards.

• Identify customer needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and promote suitable financing or trade-in options.

• Ensure all customer interactions and leads are accurately recorded and updated in the CRM system.

• Follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain long-term relationships and drive repeat business.

• Coordinate with the Sales Supervisor and other departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and handover.

• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including features, specifications, and competitive comparisons.

• Support marketing events, new model launches, and showroom promotions to increase visibility and leads.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.

• Adhere to all Mercedes-Benz Retail and NATCO operational standards, policies, and ethical sales practices.
