Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through various sales channels and methods.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients professionally.
  • Craft and deliver engaging presentations tailored to the client's needs.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the set schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments for maximum effect.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and professional development opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand current market trends and client needs.
  • Resolve client complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training programs that increase professional effectiveness.
  • Maintain and expand your client database by generating new sales leads.


Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Consultant or similar sales role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong ability to influence positively and negotiate successful deals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking ability.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to exceed sales targets.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
