Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various sales channels and methods.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients professionally.
- Craft and deliver engaging presentations tailored to the client's needs.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the set schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments for maximum effect.
- Continuously improve through feedback and professional development opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand current market trends and client needs.
- Resolve client complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
- Participate in sales meetings and training programs that increase professional effectiveness.
- Maintain and expand your client database by generating new sales leads.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Consultant or similar sales role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong ability to influence positively and negotiate successful deals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking ability.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to exceed sales targets.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
