Job Title: Sales Consultant - German Location: Tunis, Tunisia

Overview of the role:

As an Outbound Inside Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling a range of National Pen products to existing customers through outbound phone calls. To do this, you contact customers using a predefined workflow. In doing so, you will provide excellent service to our customers while building long-term customer relationships.

What you will do:

  • Call existing customers using the pre-installed workflow and generate more revenue
  • Manage a database of unassigned accounts with associated revenue and performance targets
  • Ensuring that customer concerns are handled in an efficient manner, informing the customer of new products and maintaining the highest level of customer support Ensuring that order and customer data are correctly uploaded to the system to ensure the accuracy of all orders
  • Achieve weekly individual sales, conversations, and sales goals
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, brainstorm new ideas and sales techniques
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and processes, supported by ongoing training, support and coaching
  • Other tasks/projects as directed by the supervisor

What we need from you:

  • Fluency in the required language
  • Ideally at least 1 year of sales experience and an understanding of the importance of building relationships with key decision-makers
  • Passion for customer service and managing customer expectations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to remain professional even under pressure and to deal appropriately with objections
  • An energetic, self-reliant employee who excels in interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on listening and asking questions
  • Extensive experience in working with Microsoft Office, Excel and other systems
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and result-oriented
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Fluent in English
