Job Title: Sales Consultant - German
Location: Tunis, Tunisia
Overview of the role:
As an Outbound Inside Sales Agent (m/f), you will be responsible for selling a range of National Pen products to existing customers through outbound phone calls. To do this, you contact customers using a predefined workflow. In doing so, you will provide excellent service to our customers while building long-term customer relationships.
What you will do:
Call existing customers using the pre-installed workflow and generate more revenue.
Manage a database of unassigned accounts with associated revenue and performance targets
Ensure that customer concerns are handled in an efficient manner, inform the customer about new products and maintain the highest level of customer support
Ensure that the order and customer data is uploaded correctly to the system to ensure the accuracy of all orders
Achieve weekly individual sales, conversations, and revenue goals
Participate in weekly team meetings, brainstorm new ideas and sales techniques
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and processes, supported by ongoing training, support and coaching
Other tasks/projects as directed by the supervisor
What we need from you:
Fluency in the required language
Ideally, at least 1 year of sales experience and an understanding of the importance of building relationships with key decision-makers
Passion for customer service and managing customer expectations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
The ability to remain professional even under pressure and to deal appropriately with objections
An energetic, self-reliant employee who excels in interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on listening and asking questions
Strong experience in working with Microsoft Office, Excel and other systems
Excellent organization, attention to detail and ability to multitask
Self-motivated, goal-oriented and result-oriented
Enjoy working in a team environment
Fluent in English

 - Spa an der Arbeit in einem Teamumfeld
