Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Present and sell SARA Group products and services to current and potential project clients, ensuring a strong presence in the market.
- Prepare action plans to target potential clients and track sales efforts through to completion.
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and project opportunities to exceed sales targets.
- Engage with new projects, proactively expanding the client base.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts for project bids.
- Maintain up-to-date sales materials and in-depth knowledge of current products.
- Handle documentation and costing segregation for negotiations, ensuring pricing is competitive and aligned with market conditions.
- Oversee the value chain of ongoing projects, collaborating with developers, consultants, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage product delivery and ensure timely payment collection from clients.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare regular reports on project activity, sales progress, and alignment with goals.
- Communicate opportunities and customer feedback to the internal team to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all necessary tender documents are completed for project bids.
- Develop sales initiatives to reduce stock and maximize product movement.

- Confidence, energy, and enthusiasm for sales and project management.
