Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a rewarding career in the real estate sector. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in the organization's growth by selling real estate units, understanding client requirements, delivering presentations, and ensuring successful transaction closures.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Real estate sales
Sale of residential and commercial properties from the company's inventory.
Conducting property walkthroughs, providing information, and negotiating offers on behalf of clients.
Understanding customer requirements
Interact with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Providing professional advice and guidance on real estate buying, selling and investment opportunities.
lead generation
Generate and follow up on leads to expand your customer base.
Develop and maintain a strong professional network to enhance business opportunities.
Market analysis
Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and competitive offers.
Providing customers with accurate and up-to-date market information.
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure that customers are aware of available real estate units, including their features, benefits, and prices.
Building strong customer relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
Maintain regular communication with clients to keep abreast of any changes in their real estate needs and provide ongoing support.
Demonstrations and field visits
Provide demonstrations and arrange site visits for clients to help them visualize their potential investments.
Closing deals
Facilitating the timely completion of real estate transactions, and ensuring that all necessary documents and procedures are completed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Preferably have at least 2 years of experience in sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
Strong passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service.
