What You'll Do:
Present and promote SARA Group products and solutions to project clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and key stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new project opportunities to expand the client portfolio and strengthen market presence.
Prepare and execute action plans to target potential clients and support business growth objectives.
Follow up on leads, referrals, and project opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Prepare professional presentations, commercial proposals, quotations, and sales contracts for project bids and negotiations.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and sales materials to effectively position solutions within the market.
Handle project costing, pricing analysis, and documentation to ensure competitive and commercially viable proposals.
Manage the full project sales cycle, coordinating with developers, consultants, designers, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure smooth product delivery and follow up on payment collection in alignment with agreed timelines.
Address customer concerns proactively and provide effective solutions to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, project pipelines, market opportunities, and business performance.
Coordinate tender documentation and ensure all submission requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Support sales initiatives and promotional activities aimed at optimizing stock movement and maximizing sales opportunities.
Share market insights, customer feedback, and project updates with internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement and product development.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor s degree (BA/BS) from a reputable institution.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within project sales, sanitary ware, construction materials, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong commitment to customer service excellence and relationship building.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented personality.
