Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell conference and events services through calls, meetings, and industry networking
- Build strong client relationships and understand event needs from planning to execution
- Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, AV, catering, and vendor requirements
- Prepare and negotiate event contracts with accurate terms and conditions
- Manage event budgets to ensure profitability and service quality
- Coordinate on-site event operations and address any issues promptly
- Conduct post-event feedback reviews to support service improvement
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, financials, and client interactions
- Drive administrative processes for the C&E sales team
- Manage Delphi system bookings, updates, and accuracy
- Block groups and meetings in Delphi and follow up on booking status
- Share daily C&E / MICE market intelligence with the team
- Support the sales team in building and strengthening business relationships
- Assist guests with requests, complaints, and information to enhance their experience
- Provide information on loyalty programs, hotel facilities, and nearby attractions

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in marketing or related field
- 2 4 years of experience in hospitality, conference sales, or events coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in event management systems (Delphi preferred)
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and time-management abilities
