Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and track sales orders from inception to completion, ensuring timely processing and delivery to exceed customer expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, production) to expedite order fulfillment and resolve any arising issues proactively.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively address potential shortages to prevent delays in order processing.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Possesses at least 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, order processing, or a related role within the manufacturing or distribution industry.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Should have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
