Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new services, promotions, and corporate offerings to increase brand visibility and sales performance.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, contracts, and customer interactions; ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry for reporting and forecasting.
  • Locate, identify, and qualify potential business opportunities in the travel and airport services sector.
  • Assist in evaluating market strategies, customer requirements, and partnership potential.
  • Prepare business proposals and coordinate negotiations with partners and clients.
  • Support the development and retention of key corporate clients by ensuring strong service delivery and engagement.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company services, travel trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Prepare sales reports, performance updates, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Track target dates and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups.
  • Support contract preparation, review requirements, and ensure integration with operational processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information and safeguard organizational value.
  • Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Ticketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client expectations.
  • Represent the company professionally, enhancing organizational reputation and identifying opportunities to add value.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.

  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle new and changing responsibilities with initiative.
