Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities (Sales Coordinator)

  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, internal departments (production/warehouse/logistics/marketing), and current/future clients.

  • Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, and all required customer documentation; follow up on quotations and negotiate terms where needed.

  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely order processing and deliveries.

  • Maintain accurate customer/client records, agents database, and sales reports; update databases to support effective promotions.

  • Handle customer communication professionally by responding to online/telephone queries, and following up on inquiries, orders, and payments.

  • Support the sales team with scheduling and distribution of sales documents, plus day-to-day administrative and coordination support.

  • Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials/events, and coordinate with marketing to support MARCOMM activities.

  • Track all enquiries and convert progress into monthly reporting (business sources/trends, conversion rates, forecast/predicted sales, and other reports as directed).

  • Work closely with the sales team to assess performance and help develop/improve sales strategies; report progress and propose improvements where needed.

  • Monitor team progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements; oversee “supercharges” and evaluate changes impacting internal/external staff when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired Candidate Profile (Sales Coordinator)

  • Location: Preferably based in Umm Al Quwain or Ajman.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales; experience as a Sales Coordinator or in other administrative roles is a plus.

  • Technical skills: Good computer skills (MS Office) and working knowledge of CRM systems.

  • Language: Proficiency in English.

  • Personal qualities: Well-organized, responsible, strong problem-solving aptitude, excellent verbal & written communication, and a dedicated team player.
