Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare offers, proposals, and client documents
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
- Maintain CRM systems and sales reports
- Handle client communication professionally (phone, email, and in-person)
- Assist in client follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Support sales events and marketing activities
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or sales coordination
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude
- Strong phone communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
