Roles & Responsibilities
You will have strong multi-tasking abilities and the flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-evolving environment. You should be comfortable working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and handling multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
Duties include:
- Supporting the sales team with daily operations
- Preparing quotations and follow-ups
- Meeting and assisting clients visiting our showroom
- Processing sales orders and coordinating internally
- Responding to phone, email, and online enquiries
Skills & Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good command of Excel and basic reporting
- Professional communication and client-handling skills
- Attention to detail and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
