Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Safawi Trading Company Tarik El Matar, Beirut
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations at Safawi Trading Company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating with clients, managing orders, tracking inventory, and preparing reports using Excel. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, communicative, and thrives in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate sales orders and follow up with clients and internal teams.
Prepare and update sales and inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
Communicate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, orders, and payments.
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and basic documentation.
Monitor product availability and notify management of shortages or delays.
Support the sales team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service, or admin support.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, tables, sorting/filtering).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Fluent in Arabic; basic English or French is an asset.
